These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TradeCharts mobile application and the tradecharts.net website (together, the "Services"), provided by TradeCharts ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Not financial advice
TradeCharts provides market data, charts, and tools for informational purposes only. Nothing in the Services constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and no content should be relied upon as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Cryptocurrency and other financial markets are volatile — you are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.
2. Market data
Market data displayed in the App is sourced from third-party exchanges and providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data provided through the Services.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose;
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Services;
- Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the Services beyond normal use;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Services.
4. Intellectual property
The Services, including all associated branding, design, and content (excluding third-party market data), are owned by TradeCharts and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without our prior written consent.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeCharts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or trading losses, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
